Sunrise International Labs is located on 100, 000 sq. feet of lush green land, in Cherlapally, Hyderabad India, in a dust free and ‘no pollution zone’. The constructed area on this land measures about 40,000 sq feet as of now and with the expansion plan being finalised the total constructed area is likely to be in excess of 120,000 sqft.

Sunrise is a WHO/cGMP certified facility with an average processing capacity of approximately 30 million tablets per month, 10 million capsules per month and 1 million bottles of liquid orals per month.

Separate manufacturing blocks are provided for each formulation category. Dedicated HVAC & AHU systems are provided separately for each section and each process to avoid cross contamination. A water treatment plant is established with reverse Osmosis and Deioniser with an S.S loop line distribution system with automatic PLC monitoring and steam sterilization facility.

Technical staff in production, Quality control & R&D consist of highly experienced and qualified personnel.
